Return & Refund Policy

At Snot Store, all products are handmade in small batches and prepared specifically for each customer. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept:

  • Returns

  • Exchanges

  • Refund requests

  • Order cancellations after processing has begun

This policy applies to all products sold on www.snotstore.com.

2. Why All Sales Are Final

Our slime products:

  • Are handmade and may vary slightly in texture, color, and scent

  • Are considered personal-use items

  • Cannot be restocked or resold once shipped

  • May be affected by weather conditions during transit

For hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided production has not started.

After that time, orders cannot be modified or canceled.​

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • The wrong item, or

  • A product that arrived physically damaged due to shipping

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

If the issue is verified, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion.

5. Texture & Weather Disclaimer

Slime is temperature-sensitive.

During transit, especially in warm or cold weather, slime may:

  • Arrive sticky

  • Arrive stiff

  • Require reactivation

These are normal characteristics of slime and are not considered defects. Texture changes due to climate are not eligible for refund or replacement.

6. Allergy & Ingredient Notice

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and ingredient information prior to purchase. We are not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities.

7. Chargebacks

By placing an order, you agree not to initiate a chargeback in contradiction of this Return Policy. Improper chargebacks may result in collection efforts and restriction from future purchases.

8. Policy Agreement

By purchasing from Snot Store, you acknowledge and agree to this All Sales Final policy.
